The Details

Below you’ll find important details on hosting your corporate event at The Abbey Estate.

    • Exclusive use of our 5 acre property

    • Day-of-Event Coordinator w/pre-event meeting

    • Event Crew (parking coordination, welcome service, cake service, restroom cleaning, trash removal etc)

    • Set up of provided tables, chairs, and linens

    • Bring your vendors of choice

    • BYOB when you hire Abbey TABC bartenders

    • 1.5 hour pre-event photoshoot on non-event date

    • Security Officer from Ellis County Sheriff’s office

    • Choice of tables and chairs

    • Choice of black or white table linens

    • Use of table centerpieces, event signs, outdoor decor, silk flower arrangements, cake stands etc.

    • Bluetooth-compatible sound system

    • Access to two (Bride and Groom) private preparation lofts

    • Use of Waterfall Pool for photos, including “Celebratory Plunge!” pics

    • Use of Outdoor Bonfire Pit for S’Mores or Cigar Lounge

    • Use of Outdoor Sweetheart Photo Swing

    • Crushed-ice provided for all drink stations
